Welcome To The Brave New World Order

Over the past decade we have seen the American Republic slowly become a totalitarian state. The senators and congressman we have empowered have used fear and greed to capture the spirit of freedom, waterboard it and detain it indefinitely. They have used laws and litigation as the quiet weapon for this silent war. On Wednesday Dec 14 the final volt of electricity shot through the electric chair and destroyed what was once known as The United States of America. In secrecy, behind closed doors, the supposed representatives of the people signed into legislation the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 (NDAA). The basics of the law is that the military can arrest you and you can be imprisoned forever completely bypassing the court system and destroying what once made America great. This act annihilates our democracy. This is the rise of the new dawn. Welcome to the Brave New World Order.

The bill has very disastrous provisions within it that increases the chances that our democracy will become a dictatorship. The subsections (1031 & 1032) give the government the authority to use the military to arrest and detain American citizens indefinitely without charge or trial. If you find this to be a conspiracy theory, read what (R) Sen. Lindsey Graham (who is one of the bills sponsors) had to say about the bill: “1031, the statement of authority to detain, does apply to American citizens and it designates the world as the battlefield, including the homeland.” Also (D) Sen. Carl Levin in response to the opposition of the bill stated: “The Supreme Court has recently ruled there is no bar to the United States holding one of its own citizens as an enemy combatant,” said Levin. “This is the Supreme Court speaking."

Inserted on the coat tails of the law were a couple provisions that will allow the Pentagon and the Department of Homeland Security to wage a cyber guerrilla war on individuals, alternative media outlets and independent music sites, etc. Here is the language from the bill:
Congress affirms that the Department of Defense has the capability, and upon direction by the President may conduct offensive operations in cyberspace to defend our Nation, Allies and interests, subject to–

(1) the policy principles and legal regimes that the Department follows for kinetic capabilities, including the law of armed conflict; and

(2) the War Powers Resolution (50 U.S.C. 1541 et seq.).

When you combine the NDAA, the Military Commission Act, the Cybersecurity Plan, REX 84 and the Patriot Act we have now become a totalitarian authoritarian state.

Today (Dec 15 2011) , on the Bill of Rights Day, I watched the District of Columbia Gangsters give their doublespeak ingsoc speeches on this bill and why it is so important that it be passed. I heard one senator say we must pass this bill now and than next year we can debate on whether the (tyrannical) provisions need to be changed. I heard another senator say that enemies of the government, citizen or not, should not have access to Miranda Rights or the right to trial but should be detained indefinitely. I heard Sen Lindsey Graham say the world is a battlefield including the Homeland and that since 9-11 we are now operating under the Law of War. This means that the "LAW OF THE LAND" is suspended. He also stated "It is not unfair to make an American citizen account for the fact that they decided to help Al Qaeda to kill us all and hold them as long as it takes to find intelligence about what may be coming next,” remarked Graham. “And when they say, ‘I want my lawyer,’ you tell them, ‘Shut up. You don’t get a lawyer.’”

So if you are suspected of helping AlCIAduh, knowingly or not, than you relinquish your unalienable rights. If you have been paying attention you would have seen that the Obama administration, through Executive Order, has legalized and participated in assassinating American citizens. Not even in Hitler's Nazi Germany were these type of laws passed overtly on paper and so out in the open. If you combine this law with HR 6166 the Military Commissions Act and the Patriot Act ,the definition of a terrorist or an enemy combatant is so wide and could apply to anyone. Anybody in a group of 2 or more who are speaking about changing our government can be labeled as enemies of the state. That means the 'Occupy' movement or even the 'Tea Party' or any group who are protesting the governments policies could be labeled enemy combatants, be detained and thrown into a camp or a prison or they might just disappear indefinitely.

So let it be known that on this day the District of Columbia Mafia has declared war on We the People. Another thing to take into consideration that on the Monday, after the bill went through the Senate, KBR (Halliburton) has activated 6 civilian internment camps in conjunction with FEMA and the US Army.

The Army is now posting new jobs for Internment/Resettlement (I/R) Specialists. Isn't that fun. And what do you think the troops coming home will be used for?
This along with the passage of the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) will be the demise of our freedoms. This is not a left or right issue. Senator Levin stated “The language which precluded the application of Section 1031 to American citizens was in the bill that we originally approved…and the administration asked us to remove the language which says that U.S. citizens and lawful residents would not be subject to this section.” So if you are hoping Obama will save you and veto it you are asking the wolf to tend to your flock.

You should NOT just listen to me but YOU should research the NDAA. You should also listen to what some insiders have to say about the bill, like: Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson says hat the bill is a big step towards tyranny at home. Congressman Ron Paul says that it will establish martial law in America. The ACLU says "Senators demand the military lock up of American citizens....Don’t be confused by anyone claiming that the indefinite detention legislation does not apply to American citizens."
Two retired 4-star generals (Charles C. Krulak and Joseph P. Hoar) write in the New York Times:

One provision [in the bill] would authorize the military to indefinitely detain without charge people suspected of involvement with terrorism, including United States citizens apprehended on American soil. Due process would be a thing of the past.

Take into consideration what is going on throughout the world. You have a global takeover by a Covert Cabal of Suicidal Banksters that are trying to incinerate all sovereignty, austerity, crucify constitutions, liquidate pensions, seize private property and steal all assets that are not nailed to the floor. This hybrid system is made up of corporate conglomerates, eugenic philanthropists, Fabian socialists, cronie capitalists, Skull and Bones Neo-Cons, Sorros liberals, tax exempt foundations, globalists roundtable groups, massive central banks and the monstrous military industrial complex. What we can look forward to seeing is more economic crisis and hardships, more stock crashes, more re-hythopoction, currency collapses (Eurozone), more banks going under, hyper inflation... Be prepared to see some more terror plots unfold on American soil... we will see more turmoil and "springs" in the middle east>> Syria, Somalia, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.. warships will be floating around in the Straight of Hormuz getting ready for a war with Iran after it is provoked into a fight or attacked by Israel or the US and we will probably see Russia and China hop into the mix and than oil prices will shoot up to $135 a barrell and this will happen at the same time the US begins to drill for oil in Montana (Bakken Shale) North Dakota...In North Africa they are trying to cut off oil supply routs to China.. We will see more drone attacks and more drones being used on US citizens. World War 3 will start up just in time for the release of Modern Warfare 3 ... We will see more order out of chaos. Be prepared for anything and be aware of everything.

Stay Awake,
O.Orwell
